It’s one of the largest free-standing office buildings in northern Poland. It is located at the intersection of al. Grunwaldzka and ul. Kołobrzeska and is the most prestigiously-situated building of the entire Alchemia complex.

It’s the final element of Alchemia – the game-changing investment project that has been for a last decade changing the landscape of Gdańsk Oliwa and helping to make Tricity one of the fastest-growing agglomerations in Poland.

The first stage of Alchemia, which obtained its use permit in December 2013, heralded the beginning of significant quality and functional changes to the Tricity office market and wider office market in Poland. The two office towers, AURUM and PLATINUM, ensured a comfortable working environment, while the base of the building became home to the largest sports and recreational centre in northern Poland that is open to everyone.

The second stage of Alchemia carries on the architectural look set out by its predecessor. Two new office towers, FERRUM and TITANIUM, as well as additional ground-level retail services greatly expanded the capabilities of the business complex, halfway through its completion. The high quality of the investment project has translated into valuable tenants and the shorter time needed to lease all available space.
